Do you work with companies of any size?
I work primarily with growth-stage companies and established organizations — typically 20 to 500 employees. But the more important factor is the leader. If you're thoughtful about building something that matters, size is secondary.
What industries do you work with?
My experience is deepest in software and technology, but the frameworks I use apply broadly. I've worked with leaders in professional services, healthcare, manufacturing, and education. If you're building an organization around people doing knowledge work, we can probably find common ground.
What does an engagement typically cost?
It depends on the depth of involvement. Advisory relationships start around $3,500/month for regular strategic conversations. Coaching and fractional arrangements are scoped based on time commitment. I'd rather have a conversation about what you need before quoting numbers.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's often the best starting point. Let's have a conversation. Sometimes the value is in helping you clarify what you're actually trying to solve — that's part of the work.
Do you offer free consultations?
I don't frame it as a "consultation" — it's a conversation to see if we're a fit. That first call is always free. If we decide to work together, we'll discuss terms. If not, no hard feelings.
